Dr Andrew Fagelman Internist Savage Attack by his Receptionist Delita Hooks PTS

Dr Andrew Fagelman 155 Spring Street Internist Soho and the YouTube below shows the tail end of Delita Hooks repeatedly violating my patient rights which started from behind a long closed off counter to come after me but the video begins to document her goal to slap the crap out of me yet instead she runs as hard as possible to punch me in the eye making a hole in my retina.  She than grabbed my hair to attempt to drag me down the hail and she ways 135 pounds and harmed my arthritic neck  and when I finally took action to stop her repeatedly attacks she also began kicking me and she lied about me too.  I got her false cross complaint and it is all lies except that she admits she did get in a HEATED argument with a patient.  I am a patient she got that right but the HEAT was all on her side and the violence as well.   I did the bare minimum to get her to stop and I never put down my bags and my phone as well as my arm was numb from two injections.

Last night bad PTS keep me up all night.  

Have to take a cat nap.


A friend asked to meet me today and I said no I feel dead today....just dead....

I just got on PACERS and it is hard -- websites, forms, very hard for me for some reason....so it took a couple of tries to sign up and than it took a lot of tries to sign in but I got it now.  I can get to my case and see no change but I don't know how to actually access the info and want to be careful anyway....stranger in a strange land...have to rest now... have to close my eyes.

Delita Hooks came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to continue to violate my patient rights and than repeatedly violate my body.    It was like "knock-out" the goal after a running punch as fast and hard as possible to my eye than to drag me by my hair to the elevator.

Went to my YouTube with a link to John Liu's audit and demand for a criminal investigation in to 911.  

It's gone.  Did Scott Stringer remove John Liu's audit to protect Bloomberg and all involved. 

I just called Loretta Lynch's Investigative Unit this morning as I have in the past since Cy Vance and Preet Bharara have done nothing in almost 2 years and the 2 911 Command Centers are in Lynch's juristication.

Where is criminal investigation 911 John Liu called for May 2012.

911 bigger than CityTime crime where Mayor Bloomberg and puppet Quinn green lighted all this corruption and over billing while John Liu made history as comptroller fighting to stop the theft in my opinion a hero.

Quinn also did nothing to pressure Cy Vance to prosecute St Vincent's crooks because the Bloomberg administration did not want attention brought to Rudin acquisition.

Thanks for helping me to get this YouTube of horrific violations of patient rights and it was wrong what Dr Fagelman's receptionist did to me from behind the long closed off desk violating my patient rights and such rude, abusive and unprofessional behavior but when I can't get help and she has menaced, stalked me and than given me the finger still not clear she has done anything wrong watch what happens.  To date I am told everyone in the video lied about me and I can confirm not one woman in the video asked if I was okay despite seeing Delita Hooks running punch to my eye and drag me by my hair to the elevator as well as repeatedly kick me not fired or arrested.

Delita Hooks broke another law and that is filing a false cross complaint so she was the aggressor and came out from behind a long closed off reception desk to abuse me and than lied and a false cross complaint is a serious crime yet Internal Affairs has not contacted The First Precinct to make arrest.  I am also demanding the arrests of the NYPD officers involved in coercing me and I was threatened by the NYPD detective who was assigned to my case and stated he did not care if I had two black eyes.




This YouTube has 19,000 views and if you watch Delita Hooks comes 10 or maybe it is 20 feet down the hall --- you will see locked doors -- they are the men and women's bathrooms where she comes after me…   Everyone except the women in the video, Dr Fagelman's pals and corrupt NYPD and corrupt Internal Affairs agree this video proves I was savagely attacked and the NYPD and IAB fixed it and Internal Affairs is a disgrace as well as their is something very wrong with Dr Andrew Fagelman for not firing Delita Hooks.

Thanks and gratitude for helping me 1 year and one month to the day Oct 1, 2012 when Delita Hooks tried everything but murder to harm me and continues to lie blaming me for her violence and has yet to be arrested for assault and a false cross complaint.  Thanks to you she can never get away with this again and she is a mother so it is horrifying to think she could have done this to her daughter or a family member but she can't anymore and in my opinion this was not her first violent attack. 

The NYPD rushed to seal her false cross complaint with their crime of Coercion and IAB has not commited a crime of covering up coercion in my opinion.

I have had very little sleep and it is almost almost 1 month since my Father died Nov 2 and Dr Fagelman's role in this including not firing Delita Hooks continues to greatly upset me as well as the NYPD and Internal Affairs.   It should be noted that Internal Affairs claims my complaints involving NYPD involved is open.
