Quinn and Cuomo funneled a lot of tax payer money to Lopez. Charles Hynes Brooklyn DA saw no conflict of interest with his daughter working for Lopez and has to recuse himself on Lopez abuses tax payer money and sex. Is there no G-d in Brooklyn? Is NY the most corrupt city and state in America? Lopez could run Brooklyn from jail but he won't have.
