I had to switch to Emblem Gold D and in doing so I lost all my MD's that were treating me from Dr Andrew Fagelman's savagely violent and lying extremely unprofessional receptionist office manger who tries to blame me for her violence and she lied blaming me in a report to the MD which my YouTube proves but still no arrest....
The MD wants me to see a retina surgeon and the guy she recommended does not take gold D so I spent a long long time looking on line and found an MD because every MD that treated me with regard to being punched at Dr Fagelman's including my primary care physician does not take Gold MD.
I was so scared about how long it would take I made an appt 10 days from now.
