I threw the book away. Bill Bratton taught me one thing and one thing only "Turn Broken Windows back on the NYPD." He protected a pile up of crimes from the doctor's office to the First Precinct to Internal Affairs to 1 Police Plaza and this occurred under Ray Kelly and Michael Bloomberg but Bratton continued on protecting the crimes, violence and lies.
