Any Class Action Lawsuits Against Yelp Contact Me

If there are any class action lawsuits or any lawsuits against Yelp I would like to know....

I had to hire a lawyer to get my Yelp review up reporting a horrific violent attack by Dr Andrew Fagelman's attack receptionist Delita Hooks.

I wonder if Dr Fagelman advertises with Yelp and or has a patient or friend that works for yelp.

I am glad there are so many new bad reviews about Dr Andrew Fagelman

The worst doctor I have ever seen. He sees you the first time, then you will only see the nurse. He is pretentious, he doesn't care. The only thing that is good about him is the list of specialists doctors for referrals (they almost all come from NYU Langone). There is always a lot of wait. Today I have so much fever and a lot of pains and he can't see me, they wanted to send me in the emergency in Brooklyn, far from my home!
I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. Also, the office decorated with tasteless design but still pretend to be cool express exactly the very low quality of the experience. A no go!!!!

Today this office put me on hold forever, then when I called back, they said their system was down and that they didn't have anything until next week anyway. Useless - changing doctors NOW. I've never even seen this phantom Dr. Fagelman in person anyway - even at my first appointment! His many nurse practitoners should be pictured here on Yelp rather than his own elusive face.

Incredibly rude staff and very little care for the privacy of the patient.
When you go to a doctor office you want to talk to a doctor, your doctor. You don't want to explain your symptoms and issues to 4 different persons including the receptionists!
Not to mention the place looks more like a hair salon than a doctor office.
I have no complaints about dr. Fagelman, but I'm forced to change doctor for how uneasy I feel every time I visit.

I was recommended to Dr. Fagelman when my primary doctor was no longer taking primary patients.  I went once for an annual physical.  Since then, I have had multiple issues with billing because his staff is not submitting the correct coding to the insurance company or the laboratory.  I have called and called and told it will be corrected and it isn't, the billing assistant isn't in, and am unable to speak with the doctor because they won't put the call through to him.  I will find another primary and hopefully get this billing nonsense corrected.  It's only been 8 months since my visit and still dealing with bills for a 100% covered annual physical!!!!!!!

    Their billing terms hurt patients.
The care I received here was fine.
Helpful to be certain. All attention and care was provided by a nurse practitioner, not a doctor. Which is again, fine. But the billing is outrageous. Sure, you will likely consent to paying a late cancellation fee or a missed appointment fee but when you get hit with that bill, it hurts. You will be billed your regular co-pay along with a seemingly arbitrary punishing fee of at least $130.00 on top of that. Wham! We're you late for urgent personal reasons? Wham! "We're sorry." As a student of medical ethics I can recognize predatory terms of compliance. These billing terms hurt patients.

Terrible experience!!!!! I completely agree with one of the reviews below. They are just about to make money, this is absolutely not about health. I wasn't seen by the doctor (must be something very usual in this office). But I wanted to give a chance to the nurse practitioner, who ordered a bunch of unnecessary tests for a regular cold/flu.

I just been charged $182 in my bank account directly, three weeks later of the visit. I didn't even receive a bill from the insurance/office doctor in order to review it and make the payment accordingly. They just charged it directly. Now I understand why all the tests, they run to do all of them and I was done in 5 minutes. This is the first time I got such a terrible experience from a HEALTH DIVISON.

At least, they should provide with more information about all the tests, but of course they just wanted to make money.
