Dr Fagelman does not understand patient rights?
Did he take the Hippocratic oath?
Add committing perjury in 2018 involving the savage assault to his resume of wrongdoing and inappropriate behavior

He didn't investigate but he admitted discussing me Dr Vine's patient - me -- with his patients but he claimed he didn't investigate what happened so he's claiming he didn't investigate but yet he discussed me so I can only guess he meant lie about me! My patient rights in my body were violated on his property but when asked about it he said it didn't happen on his property so we showed him the video and then he did realize gee he just lied under oath maybe he should correct himself.

Dr Fagelman and Delita Hooks lied about when Dr Vine when she moved out, Hooks admitted Dr Vine reprimanded her but Dr Fagelman blatantly lied under oath stating she did not talk to him about it when she went to him immediately and demanded my attacker be fired!
I need a judge who's not going to protect this doctor and his employees like Judges and law-enforcement protected Teflon pedophile priests! Reminder Cy Vance Manhattan DA protected an MD that's sexually assaulted 19 patients he's not in jail and he's not in the sex offender registry!
I can't put in words how smug and arrogant this creepy little doctor is I just wish there was a video of his behavior in the deposition and my attackers she got up in the middle of a deposition and threw her self against the wall!
