Christine Quinn brushed aside two investigations in to CityTime and than went on NY1 and lied and said she was on top of CityTime!
I predict we will have to throw away CityTime because guess what it was and is a flawed system.
It does not work right and has cost the City and Tax Payers a fortune.
I dubbed CityTime The Tax Payer’s Titanic.

Quinn’s message to her own district from babies to grannies, to NYPD to FDNY and EMS is drop dead!
Ditto for bundling and corrupt creepy donations to Bloomberg’s mini-me starting withWall Street greed who give her wall street bail out money -- hint -- Quinn but Tony Simone from Goldman Sachs on her NYC gov payroll as a community liason -- what part of community is calling up wall street pals asking for donations...sure hope Tony doesn’t do that on NYC gov because if he did it is illegal.
For now Christine Quinn has unofficial immunity from the US Attorney and Manhattan DA -- look at her slow fund abuse and use of slush abuse and intimidation but one day we may have real US Attorney and a DA that apply the law and Quinn will serve a term in jail.

Just curious any updates on what in theory could be the number rip-off 911 tech system called ECTP and just out of curiosity can we have a press conference -- a break down on every contractor and sub-contractor starting with Verizon, Northrop Grumman and Hewlett Packard etc. (Tee hee look at lobbyists and play connect the dots to which mayor profited big time and gave us citytime and which mayor’s daughter invited her ex boss at DOITT turned lobbyi$t. You guessed it....Rudy and Mike!
Verizon seems to get lucrative “non competitive bids” oh yeah -- compete but the fix is in NYC gov. but hey the fix is in from The White House to Albany to City Hall = The People screwed.
Tee hee -- look at Deputy Stephen Goldsmith’s name in the above press release -- remember when we had Bloomberg’s Blizzard Goldsmith was out of town at his home in Washington, DC. 911 tech system stellar uh huh.
