Unethical Travelers lawyer behavior so abusive along w/ Dr Fagelman that I believe the judge was notified and agreed the behavior was abusive...however I still don't have Justice and Travelers did have one concern - was I going to re-appeal my lawsuit against the NYPD... sure feels to me like the fix is in my human rights my civil rights my patient rights/body repeatedly violated and there's a wall around the justice system with how many people involved in the abuse the wrongdoing and the goal to make sure the people that should be held accountable or not that there are no arrests that there is no justice?
I watched Dr Andrew Fagelman and Delita Hooks OPENLY COMMIT PERJURY, smirk at me, mocked me reminding me of unethical NYPD defendants protected by tax payer funded Corp Counsel LYING in legal filings (+ withholding Delita Hooks ltr to Det Dwyer CHEAT TO WIN) and oral arguments because in NY judges don't mind lying cheating to win in their courts? In every court room doesn't it say IN GOD WE TRUST? Dr Andrew fagelman doesn't even understand the HIPPOCRATIC oath but when he was asked a simple question about what were the grounds for his divorce he shook with anger, got on his phone and ran out! Det Vergona, Delita Hooks Dr F has anger management problems? Dr F was shaking with anger!
The city of New York has no one in a position of power with integrity to apologize and I will get an apology one day I just may not be alive to see the justice to know I finally have justice and accountability it may take decades for people to say it's not OK to violate someone's civil rights their patient rights their human rights and break the law I was targeted discriminated against and continue to be treated like a Jew in the early stages Nazi Germany and people were either enlisted or volunteered to join in obstructing justice to be party to attempting to bury the many crimes and wrong doing...

I want to be part of any and all class action lawsuits until the City takes responsibility and pays up for years of lying, obstruction of Justice.

How many victims feel like I do and or family members who's loved one's were killed by the NYPD.  In fact I continue to call for apology walls in front of DA's offices where DA sent how many innocent People to jail while they gave teflon to those who paid them via "donations" etc.

How about suing for FOIL, for a creative interpretation of 5-a as a form of obstructing justice -- certainly not the "transparency" mayor de Blasio promised.

(Bill de Blasio made it clear we are not his son.  He isn't sharing Eric Garner's handwritten lawsuit -- either is Al Sharpton but he does share his viagra with a lawyer accused of raping one of Al's employees.  

(Mike Bloomberg may have set a record for the most retired NYPD officially on his payroll and I want to know the dollar figure he pays a year for all these cops and their names, ditto for all billionaires, any and all people with retired cops on their payroll and or have received fixing and favors including MD's.)

According to the column NYPD Confidential Larry Byrne is responsible for a bad wrong interpretation of 50-a, the same Larry Bryne who did not understand the NYPD committing perjury is not like a civilians but a cop can rob an individual of their freedom, liberty and so forth.

It is horrific Byrne’s brother a hero was murdered but Bryne is clearly abusing his position setting the NYPD up to be run like the mafia.   The NYPD Internal Affairs that broke laws in my case protected by top brass three administrations have not yet been given the opportunity to commit perjury but they violated my current constitutional rights either directly or by protecting cops breaking laws at their desk.   They threatened to kidnap me essentially false arrest me for running punched my head with a hole in my retina and cervical damage.

Bratton and O’Neill support the 50-a wrong interpretation and they protected John Miller lying about the Prospect Park Rape Victim  because he didn’t like her her sexuality the color of her skin and her politics so like the cops in my case who took it to another extreme falsifying police reports and party to coercion violent threats and misogynist contract they acted on the obstructed justice they broke laws and there’s zero accountability.

O’Neill, Bryne and Miller must be forced to resign.

They can take de Blasio with them.

 I am hoping to be part of a class action lawsuit against the city and corporate counsel NYPD for either directly breaking laws or in the city and corporate counsel‘s case protecting chronic abuse of power breaking laws falsifying police reports threatening victims coercion you name it they did it or where party to doing it including Ray Kelly.

Lloyd Constantine a lawyer  donated to Cy Vance's campaign and then neither Lloyd or Cy who sat in the front row of the NYPD rape trial of a schoolteacher brutal rape anal and vaginal never considered that Lloyd might be a conflict of interest and should've been request used and Lloyd allegedly was responsible for making sure it wasn't 1st brutal rape anal and vaginal never considered that Lloyd might be a conflict of interest and should've have recused himself.  Lloyd Constantine was allegedly was responsible for making sure it wasn't 1st° rape chairs and lead other jurors to support misogynist treatment of the rape victim that it could not be 1st° rape because she couldn't remember the color of a car across the street or something like that!

I was savagely assaulted and Joan illuzi head of Hate Crimes at the time stated she did not know who I was and said she would not hold my politics and my criticisms of Cy Vance against me. Joan Illuzzi lied!  Special Investigator Berry from Cy Vance's Office read my attackers false cross complaint filed two days after mine and Joan illuzi agreed Delita Hooks was guilty of second-degree assault menacing, a false cross complaint but she and her supervisor ADA Tiana Walton refused to hear anything about the NYPD threatening me lying in police reports, downgrading the crimes to  to no crimes and I was told by another ADA that if they arrested my attacker they would not use the NYPD which was all but an admission of NYPD crimes.  


Cy Vance chronically protects NYPD crimes and wrongdoing including my case how many African-American victims, women and the largest amount of false arrests of protestors. 


I allege Cy Vance and Joan Illuzzi falsely prosecuted a mentally handicapped man with a 69 IQ in the Etan Patz case.  I believe he came in contact with the killer at the deli in the killer try to convince him he killed the little boy. 

In my case the NYPD detective and many of the doctors patients where I was assaulted or fake YouTube accounts try to convince me if I hadn't filled my attacker I would not of been assaulted but it was somehow my fault when it wasn't in my IQ is double his and it was overwhelming to me.  If I wasn't stronger and able to finally get some support I might've believe these bullies! I told Joan Illuzzi about Joe Tacopina's alleged misogynist cunt threat and the cowardly corrupt Joan Illuzzi did not want to know about the misogynists hate crime the NYPD acted on turning the tables on me with a hole in my retina cervical damage from the attack and not from the attack a collapsed bladder from a ton of fibroid tumors she could careless

Cy Vance tired to prevent Michael Bloomberg from being called in the Haggerty trial and then when he was sitting mayor committed perjury and what did Cy Vance do? Nothing. Cy Vance is corrupt and for sale. 

I am alleging Cy Vance and Mark Guma possibly broke campaign laws and rather than with recuse himself when Mark Guma recently became the focus of an investigation he went out of his way to protect anybody doing less than ethical  campaign dirty feelings because he wants fixing in favors from them as well he is for sale just make a campaign donation!

Needless to say there were no arrests because Cy Vance and his groupie unprofessional ADAs retaliated against me because he's a misogynist corrupt DA!


Cy Vance refused to prosecute St. Vincent's Hospital crooks because it would bring attention to Rudin's acquisition pennies on the dollar in the end of a trauma level one hospital with a rape crisis center and AIDS care! 


Cy Vance refused to prosecute 911 tech rocks even though $60.5 million has been returned not one arrest on a 2,000,000,000+ dollar boondoggle where was open season stealing overbilling inflating price the square test play delivering late in delivering crap with top cops taking lavish gifts as reported by NYDN!


There needs to be an NYPD DA Apology wall in front of DAs office for all the innocent people they harmed, falsely prosecuted and in Cy Vance's case a special wall of shame for him falsely prosecuting the most protesters ever in the history of New York City!

Resign Cy Vance.  A statue representing Justice and Cy Vance should have a hand with dollar bills because he's for sale and corrupt as they come!
